If you're looking for a super quick Christmas gift idea for someone who wears eye-glasses, this one is fun and useful too!
I'm going to be making a few of these for my kids' teachers this Christmas. You can have a look at the Snowman Eyeglasses Pouch and the Santa Eyeglasses Pouch if you want to make several of these to gift or sell.
I also designed some Eyeglasses Templates that you could print out and include in your gifts or when you're selling at a craft fair so people know immediately what this pouch is for. You'll find the templates below.

Elf Eyeglasses Pouch Crochet Pattern Instructions
Body
Row 1: With green, ch 12, dc into 3rd ch from hook, dc across, work 2 more dc into the last st (12)

Rotate your project clockwise and work into the other side of the chain (try working over the yarn tail)

9 dc across, 1 more dc into last st, sl st to join. (10)

R 2 - 4: Ch 2, dc around, sl st to join (22)
Leave a short tail, cut your yarn and fasten off. (Or, you might want to keep your green yarn attached since you'll be using it again in 1 round).

R 5: Join Black, ch 2, dc around, sl st to join (22)
Leave a short tail, cut your yarn and fasten off.

R 6: Join green, ch 2, dc around, sl st to join (22)
R 7-10: Ch 2, dc around, sl st to join (22)
Note: Measure your eyeglasses or print eyeglasses template to measure the sizing of your pouch. If you need to add another row, do that after R 10.
Leave a short tail, cut your yarn and fasten off.

Collar
R 11: Join white, ch 1, sc around, sl st to join (22)
Note: Try working over your yarn tails so you don't have to weave them in later.

R 12: [Ch 3, sl st into the second ch from hook, hdc into the next ch st, sl st into the flo of next 2 sts of R 11], repeat [ ] 11 times.

Fold the collar downwards.

Leave a short tail, cut your yarn and fasten off.
Weave in ends neatly.
Note: If the yarn you're using doesn't allow the collar to fold down nicely, you can add a round of sc to the top of your pouch. This should push the collar down some more.
Buckle
Cut an arm’s length of yellow yarn (I used T-Shirt yarn), thread your darning needle and sew a buckley in the shape of a rectangle across 3 dc sts and 1 row in the center of the black row. If using thinner yarn, you can make it thicker using this method.
