3 Crochet Unicorn Baby Set Patterns
Lovey, Hat & Booties
When I design baby crochet patterns, I love creating pieces that work beautifully together, and this crochet unicorn baby set is one of my favorite combinations.
This matching set includes three crochet patterns: a unicorn baby lovey, a unicorn baby hat, and coordinating unicorn baby booties, all designed to be crocheted as a complete unicorn baby gift.
This set would work great for a newborn photo shoot, a baby shower gift, or a handmade present for a unicorn loving family, so if you're short on time and need to whip up something quickly, these 3 patterns would be your best bet.

1. Unicorn Baby Lovey Crochet Pattern
This unicorn baby lovey is such a sweet little comfort piece and one of my favorite items in the set. It is soft, cuddly, and just the right size for tiny hands to hold onto. I designed this crochet pattern to be simple to make but extra cute. You could gif it on its own or pair it with the matching hat and booties.

2. Unicorn Baby Hat Crochet Pattern
The unicorn baby hat adds the perfect finishing touch to this set. It is cozy, cute, and great for keeping little heads warm, and it looks adorable in photos. This crochet pattern is quick to work up and matches beautifully with the unicorn lovey and booties, making it an easy win if you love creating coordinated baby gifts.

4. Frequently Asked Questions About Crochet The Unicorn Baby Set
I love crocheting matching baby sets because they instantly make a handmade gift feel extra special.
Instead of giving just one item, this crochet unicorn baby set lets you create a lovey, hat, and booties that all work beautifully together.
It is the kind of gift that feels thoughtful, coordinated, and made with a lot of love.
What’s included in this crochet unicorn baby set?
This unicorn baby set includes three crochet patterns that are designed to match: a unicorn baby lovey, a unicorn baby hat, and a pair of unicorn baby booties.
You can absolutely crochet just one of them if you want, but when they are made together, they create a really sweet and cohesive unicorn baby gift.

What yarn and supplies do I need for the unicorn baby set?
I recommend using soft, baby friendly yarns so everything is gentle on little skin. I used
- Loops & Threads Impeccable Acrylic in White (#4 Medium)
- Loops & Threads Heathered Tweed in Rose Quartz (#3 Light).
You can use whatever similar yarn you have in your stash in 2 coordinating colors, a crochet hook that works with your yarn, and the usual basics like scissors and a yarn needle. I used a 3.5 mm and 4.5 mm hook for these patterns.
If you like adding your own touch, you can also play around with colors or small details to make the set your own.
Is this unicorn baby set beginner friendly?
Yes, this set is beginner friendly if you are comfortable with basic crochet stitches. I designed these patterns to be easy to follow and not overwhelming, so you can take your time and crochet each piece one at a time.
It is a great little project if you want to try making a full baby set without it feeling complicated. If you're still not too comfortable with crochet, you can follow my stitch tutorials on YouTube to make sure you're working your stitches correctly.
Is this crochet unicorn baby set a good baby shower gift?
Definitely. Handmade baby gifts are always special, and a matching unicorn baby set really stands out.
The lovey, hat, and booties make it feel like a complete gift, and it is something parents can actually use and keep as a sweet memory.
Where can I find the crochet unicorn baby set patterns?
