Easy Fresh Flower Washcloth Crochet Pattern for Beginners (PDF Printable)

Today, I’ve got a super sweet little project to share with you – an easy crochet flower washcloth pattern!

**Materials Needed**
100% Cotton yarn in 2 contrasting colors. I used Loops & Threads Classic Cotton (Medium 4) in white and Seafoam (blue).
Crochet hook: 4.5 mm
A tapestry needle
A pair of scissors

**Abbreviations**
ch = chain
sc = single crochet
hdc = half double crochet
dc = double crochet
st = stitch
sts = stitches
fo = fasten off

**Skill Level**
Beginner

**Gauge**
10 rows and 15 sts in hdc with a 4.5 mm hook = 10 cm x 10 cm (4″ x 4″).

**Size**
Washcloth Body: Height by width = (17 cm x 17 cm) (6.7 inches x 6.7 inches)
Flower: approx. 5 cm (2.5 inches) in diameter.

**Yardage**
Approx. = 5-7 meters (5.5 to 7.5 yards)

**Notes**
– You can make the pattern larger or smaller by changing the type of yarn and/or hook size.

– Numbers at the end of each row (in brackets) indicate the number of final stitches in that row.

– Turning chain does not count as a stitch.

– Please note that I use US crochet terms.
