Crochet Flowers Gift Tags (PDF Printable)

These cute little tags can be added to your crochet flowers when giving them as a gift or for Crochet Acts of Kindness.

You may print, cut out and attach these tags/labels to your crocheted flowers and package for distribution. If you’re looking for the Flower Crochet Pattern, please click this link.

INSTRUCTIONS

• For this printable, you will need:
  • A printer
  • A4 paper or card stock
  • Scissors
  • A pen
  • A hole puncher or needle
  • Some twine or yarn
  • Plastic or organza baggies
• Choose the size of tag/label that best suits your project. There are 3 sizes included.
• Print out that page from the PDF printable (1 copy or more as needed)
• Write the name of the FB Group you want your finders to post photos to
• Cut out the tags/labels with your scissors
• Punch a hole on the top of each tag/label
• Cut 6 inches of twine or yarn for each tag/label
• Insert twine or yarn in each hole and attach to your flowers
• Tie a knot to secure
• Insert into plastic of organza baggie for distribution.

• You may even use them as backing display inserts if you’re crocheting Flowers for sale.
• This is a non-editable PDF File.
• You’ll find 2 different sizes to choose from 4″x6″ and 6″ x 9″ labels
• Feel free to use them as you please and print as many copies as you need.

• If you’re part of another FB Group, you can handwrite the name of that group to the bottom of your Tags so finders can post photos of their finds on that Group.

• N.B. Please make sure you DO NOT PRINT the cover page as it might use up a lot of colors from your printer and you don’t really need to print it out.
